To be honest I have never taken Creatine before so I have no basis of comparison. I started the loading phase early December, 20g per day in four doses and now i am taking 10g per day in two doses. I have noticed improved endurance during my workouts and seem to be improving my recovery time. I am working around a shoulder injury so am not doing as much weight training as I would like. I look forward to continuing the progress and maintaining my muscle mass as I age.

This product works as advertised. Just a teeny 1/8 spoon size dose gives me the boost of energy in the morning. At 72, it’s something I’ve needed to get me going! Mixes in very well with my yogurt.

My skin feels and looks smoother. Nails seem to be growing faster and are stronger. I haven't been taking it long enough to say I notice a big improvement in my hair .... but I do notice it's not falling out as much. No tummy issues, but I do take it at night.

Supplements are a crap shoot if bought from the US because of regulations. In Canada, knowing regulations are stricter and the bottle must contain what it says it does AND knowing the Arcwell team are regional, caring and focused on customer success, I'm keep to recommend them. I feel great taking glutathione, especially as I age, and knowing it's contributing to a long healthspan gives me comfort.

NMN powder in its purest form. This is a Canadian company who strives for excellence in customer service, delivery and product purity. I am on a monthly subscription which helps should I forget to reorder if I am running low.
