I’ve been loving this creatine. It has zero taste and easily dissolves in my hot morning beverage. I do notice a difference with recovery since taking it and am less sore after resistance training. I would recommend it for sure!
Buying supplements from the US is a crap shoot on whether you're getting what the bottle says you are. In Canada, regulations and consumer protections are stricter for products made here. So it's nice to know that I'm getting the good stuff from a local brand!
