This is a fine powder that comes with a tiny spoon, and it's an important product to take. I have been putting it directly under my tongue as well as mixing it with water, and I hope that's ok. I like the company and feel they are different than many other supplement companies. We shall see but it's something that I look forward to taking.
This is difficult to review since I've only been taking it for a week. Fisetin is an important product to take - that or eat a lot of strawberries - so I'm doing what I can to move those dead and damaged cells out of my body. I like the purity of this product but have no idea as to how it compares to other similar products. It's Canadian, which I like, and the people running the show have their hearts in the right place. and so I will continue taking it.

I’ve been loving this creatine. It has zero taste and easily dissolves in my hot morning beverage. I do notice a difference with recovery since taking it and am less sore after resistance training. I would recommend it for sure!
