What We’ve Been Focusing On This Season
Share
A quieter approach to energy, recovery, and healthy aging.
Summer is almost here, bringing longer days, more time outside, and a natural reminder to check in with how we're actually feeling day to day. Lately, our team has been shifting focus away from perfect routines and fleeting wellness trends, choosing to prioritize everyday consistency instead.
We’ve been keeping our own mornings intentionally simple—just more sunlight, more movement, a morning smoothie, and the foundational habit of staying consistent with supplements like NMN and creatine.
Energy Feels Different Over Time
One thing we hear often is that energy changes subtly with age. Not necessarily in dramatic ways—but in quieter ways:
- Recovery takes longer
- Sleep feels less restorative
- Endurance feels less steady
- Stress feels more physically noticeable
That’s part of why researchers have become increasingly interested in cellular energy and molecules like NAD+, which play a central role in how our cells function.
Earlier this month, we shared a deeper look into the science behind NAD+ and NMN, including some of the latest human clinical research in this area.

A More Sustainable Approach
Some mornings have also become a little slower and simpler for us lately — a walk or run, a smoothie with simple ingredients like berries or cacao, and a little more attention to recovery and routine. For some of us on the team, that has meant:
- More morning walks and runs efficiency
- Prioritizing sleep more consistently
- Spending less time on screens late at night
- Being more intentional about recovery
For some of us, that has also meant staying more consistent with foundational supplements like NMN and creatine alongside regular movement, recovery, and sleep.
Nothing extreme. Just habits that support how we want to feel—not only now, but years from now.
The Bigger Picture Still Matters
We also believe it’s important to stay realistic about healthy aging. No supplement replaces:
- Movement
- Sleep
- Nutrition
- Stress Management
- Long-term Consistency
There’s no single “magic pill” for health or longevity. We see supplements as tools that may help support the body alongside the foundations that matter most. While longevity science continues to evolve, the fundamentals remain surprisingly consistent.
Even as longevity science evolves, foundational habits remain the true core of wellness. Fundamental practices like regular movement, balanced nutrition, meaningful recovery, social connection, and spending time outdoors continue to play a vital role in supporting long-term health and overall well-being.
Summer, Simplicity, and Routine
There’s something about summer that naturally encourages a reset, as more daylight frequently brings increased movement, extra outdoor time, a better daily rhythm, and a greater awareness of our energy and recovery. For many people, this season offers the perfect opportunity to return to the basics. Instead of chasing perfection, it's about focusing on building simple routines that feel truly sustainable.
Looking Ahead
As we move into the second half of the year, we’re also working on a few things behind the scenes that we’re excited to share soon. Some of them are especially meaningful to us here in Canada. More on that soon.
Final Thoughts
Healthy aging rarely comes down to one single habit or ingredient. More often, it’s the small things done consistently over time that make the biggest difference. That’s the mindset we’ve been trying to keep this season—and one we’ll continue bringing into summer.
