Where Do We Ship?

At Arcwell, we are committed to providing our valued customers with the best possible shopping experience. We now only ship to verified addresses within Canada. All online orders are shipped out of our facility in Victoria, BC, Canada.

How Do We Ship?

All Arcwell.ca orders will be shipped with tracking via UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Canada Post depending on your location.

How Long Should I Expect To Wait For My Order?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm PST. We aim to ship all domestic orders within 2 business days after purchase. The shipping time quoted at checkout is the estimated time for your order to reach you once it leaves our facility.

During a sale or launch release, please allow up to 10 business days for orders to be shipped due to the high volume of orders.

 

How Much Will I Need To Pay For Shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (after discount and before taxes) within Canada. Free shipped orders will be sent as standard shipping.

For all other orders, the following rates apply:

Incorrect Shipping Address/Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. Arcwell is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of packages returned to Arcwell due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

If a package is not received after 30 days standard shipping in Canada, we will re-ship your order via standard shipping. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

 

Local Pick Up

We now offer local pick up at our warehouse in Langford, BC located at 112-2930 Amy Rd.

To request local pick up just check the box located in your cart. This will then add an Local Pick Up item to your cart that lets us know not to ship your order. If you change your mind before completing payment and decide you would like your order shipped, just go back to your cart and remove the Local Pick Up item. 

We aim to have your order ready for pick up within 2 business days. We ask that you please do not arrive before receiving the email confirmation letting you know that your order is ready. If you do arrive early, you may be asked to return. 

Pick up hours are Monday- Friday 11:00am - 2:30pm (Closed Statutory & Holidays). Our pick up address will be provided in your order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email via the "View your order" button.
