Refund policy

Return Policy

All products purchased from Arcwell® and its authorized sellers are guaranteed for quality, purity and potency through their expiration date. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with sealed, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@arcwell.ca with your order number and the product you wish to return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please send the sealed/unopened item(s) along with the original packing list using the label provided to the following address:

If you don’t have your packing list, no problem! Simply include your order number inside the package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

There is a flat return shipping charge of $12, which will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@arcwell.ca, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds on open, partially used, or tampered products. Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
