My adventure with intermittent fasting began as an experiment. I narrowed my eating window to 6 hours and was amazed at the surge in my energy levels. It's incredible how listening to your body can lead to such transformative results.
Whole Foods for Whole Health
With over two decades as a vegetarian, my latest transition to a whole-food plant-based diet has been a game-changer. Imagine starting your day with a vibrant beet juice blend – its natural sweetness and energy-boosting properties are my secret to morning vitality.

Beets, a vibrant addition to my routine, are packed with health benefits. Recent Blood Work Insights
After two years of intermittent fasting, my recent blood work showed all numbers within the normal range, including LDL, HDL, triglycerides, vitamin panels, insulin sensitivity (Hemoglobin A1C) etc.
Daily Wellness Routine
