L-Glutathione (GSH) is a tripeptide composed of three amino acids glutamate, cysteine, and glycine. It is an antioxidant present in most living organisms. I bought 5 products at the same time. I started to have diarrhea when I was taking them and noticed that the filler product was Magnesium based and that explained the diarrhea, so I went to using the Glutathion Reduced and the NMN ( which was the main product that I wanted -very happy with this)
