N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) is a stable form of the amino acid “Cysteine” which is found in the human body. By taking NAC, your liver and kidney convert it into cysteine, which in turn will be converted into Glutathione to support your body's immune system and help against DNA damage caused by free radicals. Recommended use:

This May Not Have Been a Good Choice

I was looking for some post-pneumonia relief in my lungs. It was hanging on for a month after everything else was resolved. I followed the instructions for two weeks but got no improvement. An MD prescribed a steroid based inhaler and I got the improvement I needed after a week.
